User Content Representations and Warranties You represent and warrant that: (i) the User Content is original to you and you exclusively own the rights to such User Content, including the right to grant all of the rights and licenses in these Terms, or (ii) you have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and releases from each and every individual or entity with any right, title, or interest in any element of the User Content, to use and exploit the User Content in the manner permitted by these Terms.
User Content Disclaimer Wemchat is under no obligation to edit or control User Content and is not in any manner responsible for User Content. User Content may be inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate. We may, however, at our discretion, refuse to accept, post, display, or transmit any User Content in our sole discretion.
Termination Wemchat reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
